The shredder is driven by dual motors which transmit power through high-precision planetary gearboxes. The gearboxes reduce speed and multiply torque, driving the two parallel shafts to rotate at low speed in opposite directions. When materials enter the shredding chamber, they are gripped, sheared, torn and cut by the interlocking blades mounted on the shafts. The planetary gear system evenly distributes the load across multiple gears, ensuring stable operation even under heavy impact loads and producing uniform shredded pieces of 20-100mm.
