The plastic crusher consists of a motor, rotating blade shaft, movable blade, fixed blade, frame, base, housing, and feed gate. Once the
material enters the crushing chamber, it is sheared by the movable and fixed blades, breaking it into small pieces that fall through a
screen into the feed bin. Agglomerated CPE is crushed, with irregular feed agglomerates around 100mm in size. The finished product
fineness is approximately 8mm (adjustable to customer needs). The output is approximately 600-1000 kg/h. Metal products and hardstones
must be kept out of the feed bin during feeding to prevent damage to the blades.
