Alva's Complete Set of Scrap Steel And Aluminum Crushing Machinery Will Be Shipped To Nigeria

Recently, the complete set of scrap steel and aluminum crushing machinery produced by Shandong Alva Crushing Machinery Co., Ltd. has completed all production commissioning and factory inspection, and will 

be shipped to Nigeria through Tianjin Port. This set of equipment covers the whole process processing units such as crushing, sorting, and transportation, which can realize the large-scale recycling and processing 

of scrap steel and aluminum, and provide a "one-stop" equipment solution for the upgrading of the local renewable resources industry.

The complete set of crushing machinery shipped this time is based on the 450 double-shaft crusher, equipped with eddy current separators, vibrating screens and intelligent conveying systems, forming a closed-

loop production line from raw material pretreatment to finished product output. The equipment design fully considers the characteristics of Nigeria's local raw material mixing and processing scale requirements. 

The crushing efficiency can reach 8-12 tons per hour, and the metal separation purity exceeds 98%, which can significantly reduce the energy consumption and cost of subsequent smelting links. In view of the high 

temperature environment in West Africa, the equipment has specially strengthened the heat dissipation structure and anti-corrosion treatment, and the key components are made of wear-resistant alloy materials 

to ensure long-term stable operation.

After several rounds of technical docking with Nigerian customers, Alva Crusher customized the equipment plan based on the local recycling situation, and simultaneously provided supporting services including 

operation training and maintenance manuals. After the equipment is shipped, the technical team will complete the installation and commissioning at the customer's site, and carry out a 15-day practical training to 

ensure the rapid commissioning of the production line.
