On April 23, Shandong Alva Machinery Group successfully completed the third and final day of equipment shipment for the complete waste refrigerator dismantling production line customized for South American customers. This batch included the full set of electrical control systems, spare parts, special tools, auxiliary accessories, and complete technical documents, which were loaded and dispatched after inventory inspection and standardized packaging. This marks the conclusion of the three-day consecutive batch shipment task, and the overall project delivery has entered a new stage of overseas implementation.

Since the launch of this South American waste refrigerator dismantling line project, the whole process of scheme design, production and manufacturing, assembly and commissioning, inspection and packaging, and batch shipment has been carried out in strict accordance with the project plan. According to the overall logistics arrangement, the project was delivered in three orderly batches: on April 21, the shipment of pre-auxiliary equipment such as conveying systems, environmental protection dust removal and refrigerant recovery was completed; on April 22, the shipment of core crushing and sorting host equipment such as dual-shaft shredders, heavy-duty crushers, eddy current separators, magnetic separators and air separators was completed; on April 23, the final shipment of the remaining electrical control systems, pipeline accessories, vulnerable spare parts, installation tools and complete technical documents was finished. By the afternoon of April 23, all equipment had been released, loaded and shipped as scheduled, with no missing parts, delays or quality abnormalities, and the overall shipment progress reached 100%.

The waste refrigerator dismantling line delivered to South America is a complete automated processing system customized by Alva Machinery to meet the demand for overseas waste household appliance resource treatment. The overall process covers integrated feeding of waste refrigerators, compressor cutting, rotor dismantling, negative pressure refrigerant recovery, coarse crushing, fine crushing, screening, magnetic separation, air separation, non-ferrous metal sorting, stainless steel sorting, foam volume reduction, plastic color sorting and centralized dust removal. It can realize efficient separation and high-purity recovery of iron, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, polyurethane foam and various plastics, while meeting environmental protection requirements such as hazardous waste collection and waste gas treatment. The whole line features high automation, stable operation and strong material adaptability.

To ensure project delivery quality, Alva Machinery implemented full-process quality control during the production and manufacturing stage. All structural parts, rotating parts, cutters and wear-resistant parts are produced in accordance with enterprise standards and international export requirements. Key structural parts undergo non-destructive testing and stress relief treatment, and rotating parts are subject to dynamic balance verification. Electrical components adopt internationally accepted compliant brands, and the whole machine circuits are uniformly planned and clearly marked, with safety functions such as overload protection, emergency stop and fault alarm. After assembly, each piece of equipment undergoes no-load testing, linkage commissioning and continuous operation inspection to ensure that the equipment operating parameters, processing capacity, noise, energy consumption and other indicators meet the requirements of the technical agreement and satisfy the long-term continuous production demand in South America.

In the packaging and logistics link, all equipment of the project strictly complies with international maritime and land combined transportation standards. In view of the high temperature, high humidity and salt spray environment in South America, all equipment is treated with rust prevention, moisture prevention and collision prevention. Large hosts are reinforced with steel structure bases, integrally wrapped with moisture-proof films, and equipped with protective packaging externally; small parts, spare parts and tools are packaged in graded wooden boxes with classified identification and clear lists, facilitating on-site inventory and installation by customers. The logistics link is tracked in real time, and information of each node is recorded to ensure the safe and timely arrival of goods at the designated port, creating stable conditions for subsequent customs clearance, transportation to the site and installation and commissioning.

With the completion of all equipment shipments, the focus of the next stage of the project will shift to overseas on-site implementation. Alva Machinery has set up a special technical service team, and completed preliminary preparations such as personnel arrangement, tool preparation, installation process planning and training material compilation. After the equipment arrives at the customer’s site, the technical team will go to the site to provide full-process technical services including equipment positioning, mechanical installation, pipeline connection, electrical wiring, system commissioning and material test production, and conduct systematic practical training for the customer’s operation and maintenance personnel to ensure the production line is put into operation on schedule and runs stably.

At the same time, the company has established a special after-sales support mechanism, set up corresponding spare parts inventory, and opened a remote technical support channel, which can quickly respond to customers’ needs in equipment operation, maintenance, and vulnerable parts replacement, providing continuous guarantee for the long-term stable operation of the project.
