Heavy-Duty Horizontal Crusher

The ALVA heavy-duty horizontal crusher serves as the core deep-crushing unit of the waste refrigerator dismantling line. It takes pre-treated materials from the front-end double-shaft shredder, and achieves deep crushing and full dissociation of multi-material mixed materials through the combined impact and shearing of high-speed rotors and hammers, providing uniformly sized, well-separated raw materials for subsequent magnetic separation, eddy current separation and other processes.
Equipped with a high-rigidity integrated frame and high-wear-resistant alloy core components, the machine adapts to complex working conditions of waste refrigerator materials (metal, plastic, foam, etc.) and meets industrial-grade continuous operation requirements. The intelligent control system monitors operating status in real time and provides overload protection to ensure long-term stable operation. The fully enclosed crushing chamber effectively controls dust and odor emission, while the modular design greatly improves the efficiency of wearing parts replacement. It can be seamlessly integrated into the entire dismantling line, acting as key equipment to enhance the recycling efficiency and product purity of waste refrigerator resource recovery.
