The 200 metal shredder is designed for medium-sized batch crushing applications and is widely used in small and medium-sized scrap steel recycling centers and foundries for metal recycling. It efficiently crushes medium-thick metal materials such as scrap steel plates, bearing seats, and motorcycle frames. Equipped with a 30-45kW motor and a feed port measuring 400×450mm, it boasts a stable crushing capacity of 3-5 tons per hour. The crushing chamber features a multi-tooth liner design and 12 sets of reversible hammers, achieving a multi-step crushing process of "impact-compression-shearing." Even 10mm thick steel plates can be crushed into shape in one operation. The machine features a hydraulic cover opening, allowing for hammer replacement and chamber cleaning in just 30 minutes, ensuring both efficient production and environmental protection.
Eddy current sorter is a kind of equipment that realizes material classification and separation by using eddy current effect. It induces eddy current in the conductor material through alternating magnetic field, and realizes the separation of materials with different conductive properties by using the interaction between the reverse electromagnetic field generated by eddy current and the primary magnetic field. The equipment is widely used in waste recycling, metal recycling and other fields. The working principle of the eddy current sorter is based on the eddy current effect. The eddy current sorter uses an electromagnet to generate an alternating magnetic field, the frequency and strength of which can be adjusted according to different application requirements. The sensor is mounted on the workbench and is used to detect the eddy current generated by the material. The sensor sends the detected signal to the control system for processing. The control system classifies and separates the materials according to the signals from the sensors. According to the strength and characteristics of the eddy current, the control system can determine the types of different materials and separate them through the appropriate device. The separated material is collected into the appropriate container for subsequent processing and utilization.
The 132 metal shredder caters to small and medium-sized industrial crushing needs, suitable for crushing medium-hardness metal materials such as scrap steel, automotive wheels, and thick-walled steel pipes. Equipped with a 15-22kW dual-motor drive system and an upgraded feed port size of 300×350mm, the crushing capacity is increased to 1-3 tons per hour. The hammer head is constructed of high-chromium alloy and reinforced through a special heat treatment process, achieving a hardness exceeding HRC58. This allows for efficient crushing of scrap steel materials under 6mm thick. The innovative "dual-chamber crushing + grading screening" structure meets the pre-processing standards of most metal recycling plants. It also features an intelligent overload protection device that automatically shuts down the machine if it encounters unbreakable hard objects, significantly enhancing operational safety and equipment life.
A classic example of Alva's small-scale metal shredder, the Model 80 Metal Shredder is designed for small and medium-sized recycling companies and individual businesses. It's suitable for shredding lightweight metal materials such as scrap cans, paint cans, and thin metal sheets. Equipped with a 7.5kW high-efficiency motor and a feed port measuring 200×250mm, it can achieve a crushing capacity of 0.5-1 ton per hour. The crushed material maintains a uniform particle size of 20-50mm, meeting the needs of subsequent packaging, recycling, or smelting pre-processing. The compact design of the entire machine, measuring only 1.2×0.8m, requires no complex foundation construction and can be operated and maintained by a single person. Equipped with wear-resistant manganese steel hammers and an automatic material removal device, it effectively reduces equipment wear and downtime, making it an ideal choice for launching a metal recycling business at a low cost.
