The 400 PVC pulverizer, a core piece of equipment for small and medium-sized plastic recycling and processing operations, is widely used in
the chemical industry, waste recycling, plastic pipe and profile manufacturing, and plasticmodification. Its main feature is a room-temperature
pulverization process, efficiently processing rigid PVC waste such as steel profile scraps, PVC small white pipes, decorative gussets, gray
board, and gray pipes. It is also compatible with a variety of plastic materials, including PE, PS, PA, and PC.
In practical applications, with a moderate output of 80-150 kg/h, this model is an ideal choice for small scrap recycling stations and small
plastic processing workshops. It can process lightweight waste such as label paper, wire and cable sheathing, and foamed PVC. Its
pneumatic discharge device ensures uniform cooling and continuous operation, and it supports flexible fineness adjustment to meet the needs of
mixed extrusion of different recycled materials.
