1. Fuselage main body
Made of heavy-duty thickened Q235B steel plate, the entire structure is annealed to eliminate internal stress, and it can operate at high speed for 24 hours without vibration or deformation. The surface is treated with anti-corrosion powder coating, which is suitable for the weak acid and alkali environment of PVC processing. The service life is ≥15 years.
2. Crushing chamber
The V-shaped exclusive crushing chamber design optimizes the feeding trajectory for PVC materials, preventing material blockage at the source. The chamber is equipped with replaceable high-manganese steel Mn13Cr2 wear-resistant liners, 20-30mm thick, which are impact-resistant and corrosion-resistant, effectively protecting the main body of the chamber and reducing maintenance costs.
3. Tooling system (core component)
