Product details and core structure
1. Fuselage main body
Made of heavy-duty thickened Q235B steel plate, the entire structure is annealed to eliminate internal stress, and it can operate at high speed for 24 hours without vibration or deformation. The surface is treated with anti-corrosion powder coating, which is suitable for the weak acid and alkali environment of PVC processing. The service life is ≥15 years.
2. Crushing chamber
The V-shaped exclusive crushing chamber design optimizes the feeding trajectory for PVC materials, preventing material blockage at the source. The chamber is equipped with replaceable high-manganese steel Mn13Cr2 wear-resistant liners, 20-30mm thick, which are impact-resistant and corrosion-resistant, effectively protecting the main body of the chamber and reducing maintenance costs.
3. Tooling system (core component)
• Material: Made of imported SKD-11/D2 high-alloy wear-resistant tool steel, vacuum quenched and cryogenically treated, achieving an overall hardness of HRC58-62, and improving cutting edge wear resistance by 3 times;
• Dedicated Design: Optimized cutting edge angle for PVC materials, preventing sticking and melting, suitable for all scenarios of crushing soft PVC film and rigid PVC pipes;

4. Rotor system
The heavy-duty one-piece forged rotor has a dynamic balance accuracy of international G2.5 level. It can operate stably at the highest speed without vibration and with low noise. The rotor shaft is made of 40Cr alloy tempered steel, which is impact-resistant and fatigue-resistant, and is suitable for continuous industrial operation conditions.
5. Feeding and discharging system
• Feeding: Standard configuration includes a widened anti-splash feed hopper; optional conveyor belt/screw feeder available for integration with automated production lines; built-in anti-rebound baffle at the feed inlet prevents material splashing and injury.
