Recently, Alva Machinery announced that its composite production line integrating crusher and eddy current sorting system has been debugged and officially put into production. At the same time, the company has signed the first batch of purchase contracts with core customers in the Middle East. This integrated equipment with both efficient crushing and precise sorting functions will provide a new technical solution for the metal recycling and resource reuse industry in the Middle East market, marking a key step in Alva's global layout in the field of environmental protection equipment.

The composite production line put into production this time is an innovative result of Alva Machinery's special research and development for the strong demand for waste resource utilization in the Middle East. The whole line is based on the core logic of "crushing and volume reduction - precise sorting". The heavy-duty crusher configured at the front end adopts a double-axis shearing design and is equipped with a 600KW ultra-high power motor. It can easily handle a variety of solid wastes such as scrap steel, aluminum alloy, and waste household appliances. The crushing efficiency reaches 80 tons per hour, which is 50% higher than that of traditional equipment. The multi-stage buffer device effectively reduces the operating noise to below 85 decibels, which meets the strict industrial environmental protection standards in the Middle East.

The core competitiveness of the assembly line lies in the eddy current sorting system integrated in the back end. The system adopts a high-frequency alternating magnetic field design, which can achieve accurate separation of metals and non-metals during high-speed material transportation. The sorting purity of non-ferrous metals such as copper and aluminum can reach more than 98%, and the sorting efficiency is 40% higher than that of conventional equipment, which perfectly solves the pain points of "low sorting purity and high labor costs" in the recycling of scrap metals for Middle Eastern customers. It is worth mentioning that the entire assembly line is linked through the intelligent central control system, which can monitor key parameters such as crushing particle size and sorting accuracy in real time, and supports remote operation and maintenance, which greatly reduces the difficulty of on-site operation.

According to the director of the International Division of Alva Machinery, this cooperation with Middle Eastern customers stems from the common pursuit of "green circular economy" by both parties. In recent years, the Middle East has vigorously promoted infrastructure renewal, and the construction waste and industrial waste generated are in urgent need of efficient treatment. This assembly line can not only reduce the volume and amount of waste, but also create secondary value through metal sorting, which just fits the local "resource recycling" development strategy. "During the on-site inspection, the customer highly praised the stability and sorting accuracy of the equipment under continuous 8-hour full-load operation, which laid a solid foundation for the signing of the contract." The director added that the first batch of equipment will be used in a large-scale recycling resource industrial park in the Middle East, and it is expected to process 200,000 tons of waste annually, creating a direct economic value of more than 10 million US dollars.

To ensure the implementation of the project, Alva Machinery will provide full-cycle service support: dispatch a team of engineers to complete the installation and commissioning of the equipment locally, customize the training of operators and maintenance personnel, and set up a spare parts warehouse in the Middle East, promising to respond to maintenance needs within 48 hours. In addition, the two parties have reached a long-term technical cooperation intention and plan to jointly develop the next generation of upgraded equipment suitable for the high temperature and sandy environment in the Middle East.

The joint production of the crusher and eddy current sorting line is not only a breakthrough in Alva's "crushing + sorting" integrated technology, but also demonstrates the competitiveness of China's environmental protection equipment in the international market. With the launch of the Middle East cooperation project, Alva will further deepen the global resource recycling equipment market, promote the resource utilization of waste with innovative technologies, and contribute the "Alva solution" to the development of the global green economy.
