Alva Machinery Electric Motor Rotor Crusher is a specialized secondary crushing equipment exclusively designed for scrap motor and rotor recycling. It adopts optimized toothed hammer design with balanced tearing and impact force, which can efficiently separate copper windings from silicon steel sheets without smashing copper into fine powder. Our rotor crushers are widely used in motor dismantling plants, home appliance recycling centers and scrap metal processing facilities, with processing capacity ranging from 0.5t/h to 6t/h.
Critical Process Note: Complete motors and large rotors MUST be pre-shredded by our Double Shaft Metal Scrap Shredder to 100-200mm fragments before entering this crusher. Direct feeding of whole motors will cause severe jamming and equipment damage.
