Our 600 / 800 / 1000 / 1200 Model PVC Pulverizers are high-capacity powder processing machines designed for large-scale plastic recycling plants, chemical enterprises, and renewable resource parks. They are mainly used for the intensive grinding and recycling of bulk plastics including PVC, PE, and PP.

ALVA 600/800/1000/1200 Series PVC Pulverizers are high-capacity powder processing machines designed for large-scale plastics recycling plants, chemical companies, and renewable resource parks. They are mainly used for the intensive grinding and recycling of bulk plastics such as PVC, PE, and PP.

With large-diameter grinding discs and high-power drive systems, ALVA PVC pulverizers can efficiently process large waste materials including PVC pipes, wide plastic-steel profiles, and thick-walled plastic sheets. They are also compatible with pulverizing non-plastic materials like rubber, wood, and leather, enabling multi-material recycling applications.

This series offers a production capacity of 800–1500 kg/h and is equipped with an intelligent control system that optimizes feed rate, grinding speed, and dust removal efficiency, ensuring consistent powder quality during long-term continuous operation. The reinforced rotor and wear-resistant liners significantly enhance its ability to handle high-hardness and high-impurity waste materials.
